I’d sprint for days if the miles could take me away from all of this pain & the endless games. You spend all hours of the night spitting words full of spite. For those of you who long to be a photographer, or making your living with the camera, I offer some advice and reality. Using the 3 rules of great photography... 1. have a camera with you to take the photo. 2. stop to take the photo 3. don't show anything that isn't great. I add another rule. Know where the image is going and present it in its best way. Taking the image is the easy part. Presenting it in the proper place and in the best way is the real effort. After I shoot the photo, usually on film for my best work, I then have to scan, adjust the color balance, saturation, contrast and correct what I can to return to the visio
